Windows Logo Design - Adding Text in Logo Design Studio

First click the Text button and select a text style (Simple, Circular, Projective, Wavy, Outline or Memo) and then type in your text in the box above the Add New Text button. When finished, click the Add New Text button and then drag your mouse pointer to the canvas. Click the left mouse (holding it down), and drag the box that appears to the size you want. You can then adjust the size by moving the handles around the text on the canvas, or using the sizing slider in the Tools section.
